How Returns Work
Why pay for packaging when you can return it?
Returns work very simply in our webshop.
When purchasing water products, you can choose whether you want to buy the products with packaging (i.e., with a deposit) or without.
For your first order, choose the deposit option!
In this case, the webshop adds the packaging deposit to the product price. This means you’ll pay a higher price because you’re purchasing the packaging at this point.
Later, however, you only pay for the product
The next time you want to replenish your water supply, you only need to pay for the water itself. When ordering, select the no-deposit option. You no longer need to buy the packaging, as you have the empty bottles at home, which you return to the courier upon delivery.
Important information!
If you order without a deposit, using the return system, you must hand over empty bottles matching the ordered quantity to the courier!
Finally, we refund the packaging cost
If you decide you no longer wish to order water from us, we’ll buy back the packaging and bottles you have. This way, you naturally receive a refund for the packaging. In this case, it’s clear that
you only ever pay for the water—the packaging ultimately costs you nothing.
